Participants

Jiayu Luo studies at Conservatorium van Amsterdam with Rachel Xi Zhang, Arnold Marinissen, Laurent Warnier, amongst others. She has won the 1st prize marimba solo at the Youth international Tuned Percussionist (2018, UK), the 1st prize snare drum solo and the 2nd prize marimba solo at the 3rd IPEA percussion competition (2018, Shanghai, China), the 1st prize marimba solo at the 2nd PAS International percussion competition (2018, Beijing) and the 3rd prize of the VIII international marimba competition in 2021. She has performed with NCPA orchestra, the 639 Percussion Duo and with Amswave Perucssion Trio.
