Participants

David Dong is a percussionist from the United States and is committed to authentic and dynamic contemporary performance. David completed his Bachelor of Music degree at the Eastman School of Music studying under Michael Burritt. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Stuttgart under the tutelage of prof. Marta Klimasara and prof. Klaus Dreher. Previously, David has won the 2022 Mid-Missouri Percussion Competition and was a finalist at the 2022 Modern Snare Drum Competition.
