Garrett Mendelow showcase at the 2018 ISPA Congress

Garrett Mendelow performs a showcase for the WFIMC at the New York 2018 ISPA Congress, featuring 'Piazonore' by Alexej Gerassimez.

Garrett Mendelow, 2nd Prize winner of TROMP 2012, performs a special programme with Peter Klimo, 2nd Prize winner of the International Franz Liszt Piano Competition 2014 at the New York 2018 ISPA Congress, taking place January 9-11.

Wednesday January 10th at the The Times Center, they will perform Piazonore by TROMP 2010 winner Alexej Gerassimez and Double Happiness by Chris Cerrone in a programme that highlights the work of three WFIMC Prize Winners across piano, percussion, and composition, showcasing the value of the WFIMC network. Founded in 1957, the World Federation of International Music Competitions (WFIMC) governs, promotes and supports the world’s premier music competitions. 

ISPA, the International Society for the Performing Arts, is a global network of more than 500 leaders in the performing arts with representation from more than 185 cities and all regions of the globe. Twice a year, ISPA Congresses bring together performing arts leaders to discover the next great idea, strengthen relationships, and rejuvenate their passion for the arts.
