Percussionists around the world support Muziekgebouw Eindhoven

Within 24 hours percussionists from all over the world sent their videos to Dominique Vleeshouwers to show their support for Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and TROMP.

Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, host of the TROMP competition and festival and stage to many of our laureates and percussion concerts, is under threat of cuts to keep up with increasing rental costs. This would much affect the exciting, international programme of the concert hall, praised by famous artists for it's fantastic acoustics. The call for support to motivate the Eindhoven City to collaborate in finding a solution inspired TROMP 2014 winner Dominique Vleeshouwers and Claudia Hansen, our wonderful photographer for many editions, to organise and put together this video. Within 24 hours percussionists from all over the world sent their videos to Dominique to show their support for Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and TROMP.

If you want to support Muziekgebouw Eindhoven too, you can do so by signing this petition before April 1, 2019: http://muziekgebouw.petities.nl

Thanks to all percussionists that have contributed: Sorie Bangura, Martin Basting, Daniel Bolba, Sergei Buranov, Dudu Capoeira, Michael Carp, Vernon Chatlein, Steffan Dawe, Alexandre Esperet, Miguel Filipe, Evelin Genova, Kalle Hakosalo, Arman Hamitov, Claudia Hansen, Sven Hoscheit, Rafael Klepsch, Saki Kurata, Emil Kuyumcuyan, Cristiano Menegazzo, Bartek Miler, Francisco Javier PiƱero, Agostinho Sequeira, Stepanov Ilya, Galdric Subirana, Mike Truesdell, Paul van der Heijden, Oliver Xu, Xi Zhang
