Ian Chang concert & master class in festival

Son Lux drummer Ian Chang performs an audiovisual solo concert with Sunhouse’s Sensory Percussion and gives a master class in the TROMP festival November 16.

Spiritual Leader by Ian Chang

November 16 in Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, Son Lux drummer Ian Chang performs an audiovisual solo spectacle in which he triggers beats, samples, sound effects and even a light show with projection completely from his drum kit. As he started beta testing Sunhouse’s Sensory Percussion in which hardware and software respond to drumming in the smallest nuance, Ian Chang discovered a new creative voice that translated physical drumming into an ambient album and live show.

Master class

As a guest of the TROMP festival, Ian Chang will also give a public master class in drums & electronics. More details on date, time and location to be announced.
